1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using QuestPix services, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any program-specific addendum presented at purchase.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information. Accounts are for personal use unless you are an authorised institute or school partner. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.

3. Services and access

We deliver digital learning services including content, live and recorded classes, practice tools, and analytics as described at the time of purchase. We may add, modify, or retire features; material changes to paid entitlements will be communicated where required by law.

4. Payments and taxes

Fees are as quoted in your order. Applicable taxes follow Indian law. Invoices and receipts are issued in the name and details you provide at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or use our services to build a competing product. Automated bulk access, sharing of login credentials, or circumvention of technical limits is prohibited and may result in suspension.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software on the platform are owned by QuestPix or its licensors. A limited licence is granted for personal learning in line with your subscription.

7. Disclaimers

We strive for accurate, up-to-date content but do not guarantee a particular rank, score, or outcome. Our services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuestPix and its team are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before the claim.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kota, Rajasthan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
