Refund and Cancellation

1. Scope
This policy applies to digital courses, test packs, and subscriptions purchased through QuestPix. Specific programs may have additional terms disclosed at purchase; where they conflict, the program terms control for that purchase.
2. Cooling-off and eligibility
Eligibility for a refund depends on the product, how much of the service has been consumed, and the date of the request. Partial access (e.g. classes attended, test attempts used) may reduce or eliminate refund value.
3. How to request
Email questpixedu@gmail.com from your registered address with your order or transaction id, name, and reason. We respond within a few business days with status or any missing information.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment network timelines (often 5–14 business days) apply after we approve.
5. Non-refundable cases
Admin fees, bundle components already fully consumed, promotional items marked non-refundable, and fees outside QuestPix’s control (e.g. certain gateway surcharges) may be excluded. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account closure.
6. Cancellations
You may stop auto-renewal of subscriptions in account settings where available, or by writing to support before the next billing date.
7. Disputes
