About Vijay

Vijay Sharma (popularly known among students as Vijay Sharma Sir) is an Indian educator, entrepreneur, and the Founder & CEO of QuestPix Solutions, an AI-powered EdTech platform designed to provide accessible, personalized test-preparation coaching for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE, NEET, Olympiads, and Foundation programs.

With an academic and professional career spanning over 22 years in test preparation pedagogy and mentoring, Vijay Sharma established a prominent reputation as a senior mathematics educator based in Kota, Rajasthan—widely regarded as India's coaching capital. Over the course of more than two decades, he held senior academic and leadership positions across some of India’s most premier coaching institutes, including Bansal Classes, FIITJEE, Allen Career Institute, and Unacademy. Throughout his tenure at these institutions, he mentored thousands of engineering and medical aspirants, guiding numerous students to top All India Ranks (AIRs), including Top-100 ranks in the rigorous JEE Advanced examinations.

Witnessing firsthand both the transformative power of elite Kota coaching and the steep financial and geographical barriers that kept it out of reach for many students, Vijay Sharma set out to bridge the gap between traditional classroom coaching and modern digital learning. In founding QuestPix, he combined his extensive classroom pedagogy with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies, introducing interactive live lectures, structured practice drills, automated doubt resolution, and personalized test-analytics roadmaps. Under his leadership as CEO, QuestPix has focused on democratizing Kota-level STEM coaching by delivering hyper-personalized, affordable education to students across India.
